Just went through that problem I think? None of my gauges worked except the Speedo.
Probably a short in your reverse switch on your tranny. That is what mine was.

On a 86-88 anyway, that fuse feeds the following circuits:
1) alternator warning light relay (in the CPU)
2) gage cluster
3) back-up light switch & back-up lights
4) warning lights panel
5) CPU, and buzzer
...And the following optional equipment, if you have it:
1) auto trans control unit
2) ABS control unit
3) AAS control switch, unit
4) theft deterrent unit
You messed with any of the above systems recently?
Easiest first troubleshooting step would be to remove the back-up light bulbs, then plug a good fuse back in & see if she blows...If she still blows, get back with us...

That one's easy enough to troubleshoot too- just pull the connector apart down there under the car & see if the fuse blows...Cycle the shifter in & out of rev.
