Mechanical idle

Once the car is fully warm and you disconnect the BAC, and with the TPS set properly, where do I adjust the mech. idle of the car?

Im getting ready to really attack my idle problem. It isnt too bad, it ranges anywhere from 700-900. I will be adjusting the TPS and cleaning the BAC. To my knowledge I have no VAC leaks but will still be looking. The only thing about my idle that confuses me is that I had my car at MazCare here in Atlanta and they said they cleaned the TB and cold start system when they were in replacing the thermo vavle. Since I have gotten the car back, they had the SAFC set to +10% at idle and when I attempted to bring it back to idle the idle became worse, any idea why?

There are two nuts on the TB. Where the throttle cable go into it. You can adjust the tension of the throttle cable. This will adjust the idle..
