ok i just want to know what a safe rpm is in each gear on a bridgeported motor. or you can post the stock numbers i dont care. just neeed an idea.

well it depends on the motor....

what is it? which year rotors? all balenced?

I would take a wild guess at 8000-8500

jspec s5 in an s4 (tranny is also s4) and the normal idle is about 1700rpm

you have a full bridge turbo motor

what turbo? if stock don't bother going past like 5-6000

i believe its a half bridge. but the turbo is a jspec just like the motor (i think its an 89). and yes i know i need a haltech and an upgraded turbo wouldnt hurt.
