master cylinder differences?

whats the difference between master cylinders on cars with and without auto adjust suspension? what does the suspension have to do with the brakes? i need a master cylinder and i dont know which to get (i have a 5 lug swap onto a base model, no ABS)

i dont have one- thats why i dont know whats going on. this car was in pieces when i got it.

There is an additional switch on the unit for AAS, and extra lines and switches on the units for ABS

the car its going into is a 5 lug and doesnt have abs or AAS - so should I get the master cyl for a turbo w/o AAS or ABS then? there are way too many choices on the autoparts websites...
