Which Master Cylinder to Buy??

First off, Im almost 100% possitive my brake master cylinder is shot. Its leaking fluid Between the Power booster pretty badly. Anyways, I work at Advance Auto and the description on the computer for the master cylinder was a bit confusing. The only available options were either a Master cylinder for a car WITH "auto-adjusting suspention" or WITHOUT.

Im assuming this is just a way of sorting 4 piston brake package from the base package. I have an 86 sport, so Id assume the brakes would be Identical to a GXL. Am I wrong?

Dont forget that they have one for ABS with Autoadjust suspension, one without autoadjust and ABS, one with ABS but not auto adjust.

The computer specified ABS and NON ABS, it just had two different variations of either -- NON-autoadjusting and AUTOadjusting. So are master cylinders the same for the single piston brake package and the four piston package?
