No, the closet you can come to manually operating a power window is by removing the door panel and clamping the window in the up postion. I know this because I had to do just that while waiting for a new window regulator .

id say no u cannot manuallly crank a power window, however if its your switch that has failed u can try connecting 12v and ground directly to the window motor wires to raise or lower the window (d epending on which way u connect the wires it will go up ro down)
