manual seat belt doesnt fully retract (yes i searched)

my drivers side seat belt doesnt go all the way back in, it has about 8 inches to a foot of slak and im sifk of closing the door on it
whats a guy to do?

i have the exact same problem its annoying i usually just throw the rest of the slack on top of the seat =/

its not the recalled ones its the manuals

i just give a lil tug on the seatbelt side that goes into the retractor, usually goes back in.
