Making My Own Turn Signal Switch?

Has anyone done this? Searched but found people with Switch or flasher cpu problems.

Not sure what you mean by making your own switch.
Replace the stocker completely?

Yes replacing the stock one with some switch with a nuetral

Then all you need is a simple three pole toggle switch...power from the blinker goes to the center pole and is sent to either of the two remaining poles.

My Morgan had this stock from the factory.
