Ok i was just looking at some stuff under the hood with the car cranked and noticed that if i unplug both trailing plug wires from the trailing coil it does nothing to the car, i mean the idle dosent drop or anything, and even if u arch the wires the idle doesent move, this is with the car warmed all the way up, i mean whats the deal is this normal, i mean with both unpluged the car runs the same in or out..

No, that's not major. For combustion of a face it actually sparks 3 times. 2 leadings and 1 traililng. The first spark (leading) pretty much does everything. The 2nd spark (trailing) just makes sure it made a good boom. The 3rd spark (leading again) kinda does the same as the 2nd spark.

I know that's mostly right, not sure on the 2nd and 3rd spark details entirely. But that's the general concept.

 

Trailing spark only helps lower emissions and increase gas mileage

 

I think it equates for about 5% of your HP too
