NC MAF Adapter help

I just took out my stock airbox and replaced it with a MAF adapter I bought off of Ebay. Everything installed fine, but there's a random hose sticking out that seems to be very important. LOL What should I do with it? Here's a pic:

It was a hose that attached to the stock air box,so that the air pump can get air.
If you go into the HELP section of a parts store you can get a Oil vent filter that will roughly fit that air hose,or the inlet of the air pump. That will take care of that.
If you are still driving the car and need to use it to get to the store to get the filter, you can just use a piece of women's Nylons and make a little filter and put it on the end of that hose so that no debris enters the pump.
here is something like what you would look for,But I am sure they are WAY cheaper than that.

I got one for 5.00 at a parts store.
