All rotarys are made in Japan. The rotary plant is in Hiroshima.

either that or me driving way too hard WAY too often. :/

And rotary's come from a plant? where can i get those seeds?

Ok so i'm a little drunk and tired. but this next part is on topic.(sortof)

My dad told me that some domestics while the parts are made over here are assembled overseas and vice versa for imports, is there any truth to this? (my dad can sometimes be full of it)

Your dad's correct. There's Ford plants in Mexico, and everything except the drivetrain in Hondas are made in this country..

If there is only one rotary plant, how does it breed?
If it doesn't breed how does it make new rotaries?
If you plant a rotor will it grow into a plant that will produce new rotary engines?
If rotary engines are a genetic anomally produced by the A bomb attack what grow in Nagasaki?

Red face

LOL "Made in Japan" was actually made in America. There are several
automotive service shops that specialize in Japanese cars throughout California (that I know of) which does buisness under the name, "Made in Japan". Perhaps a small chain... they generally put their stickers on vehicles they've worked on. Such as... SpeeDee Lube, Midas, AAMCO, etc...

Lots of motors are put together by machines. That what I meant by saying all rotaries are put together by hand.

just like ferraris, rolls royce, and lambos.....dont we feel lucky?. its about worksmanship and not efficiency

hondas and toyotas have cars made here cause its cheaper to ship eng/trans rather than the whole car......but if its an insight.......its MIJ 100%
