CO Mad rich loosing power

ok so heres my problem. Before u say check ur compression i already did an rebuilt the motor 3400 miles ago so its not that..Ive been having mad problems with my car latly. I've check everything and even pressure checked my injectors, None leaked. So this is the problem i start the car and its like it floods. So i have to flip the switch and it vroom starts up. Before all this started happening i would rev the car it would rev up and have a nice crisp sound. Ever sence this started now it just feels like it lags then cleans out after about 3500.

So i checked all the stuff and changed alot. I just recently bought a new water thermo sensor about 6 months ago. So im pretty sure its not that i could be wrong but yeah. So anyway the last thing is points to is my ecu i had it piggybacked with a fcon an even when i ran stock n332 it would still run rich. As soon as i would get on it it would bog a little an go but felt like its trying so hard.

Things ive changed
maf
alternator
fuel injector resistor under head light
tps
injectors
afm
trailing coil plugs wires
water thermo
fuel pump walbro 255 rewired
fuel filter
boost sensor
dont have emissions
o2 sensor just bout about 2months ago
motor i rebuilt 3400m 3500miles ago

Still using the stock fuel pressure regulator? The walbro is flowing too much for it to do anything. Get a fuel pressure gauge and test the pressure. The same thing happened to me.
