I too will have to call unless he is running a carb or a aftermarket ecu, NOS, Turbo, or SC. 200 @ the wheel all motor with the stock AFM\ECU is not going to happen.

Sorry.....

I still say 132. Did you use new housings on the rebuild?
Replace ALL seals? Is it a thorough rebuild or a 1200 TN special? Pacesetter headers aren't know for making power, just noise.

It is 146bhp, but you have to take about 15% off by the time it gets to the wheels. Plus thats a brand new car.

Right, so 146HP - 15% drivetrain loss = 125hp plus 15HP you gain from the header, guted cat, exhaust and air filter = =/- 140 hp.

God I hate bench dyno

Your tranny is rebuilt?, Good new u-joints, Rebuilt diff?, rebuilt half-shafts?, New bearings in the trailing arms?

All of these components will contibute towards the paracitic (-5 sp) drag of the drivetrain. Plus what are your compression numbers after the rebuild. I am willing to bet that they are not within 3% of each other. Remember your net output is the sum of whole drivetrain and all of it's associated losses.

I am just being realistic, not optimistic. JOhn

I'm not trying to knock your setup. I am trying to make your aware of everything that is working against all of us:

TIME and WEAR. I would love to do a 1500 rebuild and get back to Factory fresh numbers. I just don't think it is enough. I have spent >4X that and I have NO FRIGGIN IDEA what it will produce.

Pineapple Stage II mild Port (S4)
RB Road Race Header
Custom 2:1 Collector
2 1/4" Single Exhaust
Muffler: Undecided
Fresh RC ENG injectors (Stock)
Walbro 225H Fuel pump
S5 Pulsation Dampner
Pineapple Sleeves
S5 Intake
EAP Operated 6 Ports
S-AFC
Premix
Synthetic Oil in Crankcase
New Miata Geared Tranny w/ NEO Synthetic
Fresh Rebuilt Driveshaft
4.3 LSD Rear

I have no clue what this will run. I would like 160+. Only Time and the dyno will tell.

NOPI may be fun and you may meet some knowledgeable people, but you'd learn WAY more by dynoing your car. Not only do you see what your car is putting down, but you can see what lots of others are putting down as well.

I'll be at that dyno day in St. Pete with my 91 N/A, bone stock. Should be interesting.
