LSD problem...Need some help

Two weeks ago I replaced the clucthes in my LSD with the upgraded(thicker) clutcher from mazda trix and after I put everything back together I get a bad whining noise that gets louder the faster I go. Before I replaced the clutches it didn't make any noise. I've taken it out 4 times now adjusting the backlash each time to within factor specs. I didn't do anything to the pinion either.. What the heck is going on????

the whining is usually incorrect gear mesh. did you use dye to check the mesh?

brearing preload was set to back to were it was from the factory and then I adjusted the backlash to factory spec.

The mesh pattern was ok, i did move the pinion so it shouldn't change much...

and i checked my headlight fluid
the fluxgate compass was adjusted
along with my vientricular bypass airbox screws....

and now it seems ok.
