low voltage

allright so when i start my car and drive with nothing on,i.e., wipers, blower mtor, or headlights, my voltage is at like, well above 14v on the gauge in the car. thats good right? but when i turn the blower motor on, it goes down. then i turn the headlights on, it goes even further down. if the car is just idleing it will go down to 12v even and maybe lower. when i checked it at my work the voltage at idle was jumping from 13.9 to 14.1. and when i rev it up it goes up to 14.4 or 5. and when all my acc. are on and i rev it up it will only go to up to 13.6 or 7 max. my alternater and battery are new and the alt. is from napa and i have an acura battery cause i work at a dealership. so do u think maybe a need to reground something or maybe nothing is wrong and im just crazy but i think if it goes to 12v at idle something has ro be wrong. help me out please............ what about one of those voltage staybilizer things think that woud help me out or something??????

I'd check my chassis and engine grounds first of all.

Read the voltage at the alternator. Like the meters positive lead on the B post of the alternator and the negative lead on the body of the alternator. Then compare those readings with wherever you were reading the voltage.

The alternators voltage will drop down when the engine bay/alternator gets hotter. Should stay over 14vdc though.
