low oil presure

My car had been driving find, with correct oil presure and all the sudden it is drastically low. Its not leaking and the oil is at correct level.

Any ideas?

Verify the low pressure with a manual gauge in the stock senders location. A lot of times its the stock sender that goes bad. I would limit your driving though until you have confirmed this. Great way to spin a bearing?

yeah stock sender is doo doo. Get a racing beat oil gauge adapter block. mechanical oil 100 psi gauge with a copper tubing kit. Mechanical gauges are never wrong

What fixed it? If everybody deleted their threads, nobody would learn anything. Please list what you did to fix the problem so others may learn. (Not that anybody searches).

so, he fixed it. Let me telepathically connect with him so I can figure out what the problem was and how he came up with a solution.
