low ideal like 500 to 700 rpm help

how do i fix that or is it normal.

The idle should be 750 RPM. The idle adjust screw is located right on top of the motor (this is for N/A) mine is covered by a rubber cover, remove the cover and adjust the screw.

Do like SPEED ADDICT said, but also go to http://www.iluvmyrx7.com and download or read chapter 4A of the factory service manual. Its free. Very free. Its a 80 dollar freebie. In section 4A there is a chapter on IDLE SPEED AND IDLE MIXTURE. It describes jumpering the initial set jumper, adjusting the variable resistor, screwing the screw etc. Graphics. Easy read. Free.
