Low compression?

Hi, just wondering if I can get some opinions or advice from anyone about my fc. I tried driving it a few times and never found the tac to pass 4000rpm. Having that said, every time it revs to that point it's super loud. I first thought it was because of a exhaust leak, then I bought a brand new turbo back exhaust system and installed it but it's still the same results. So could low compression and being super loud be that the apex seal is gone? Any professional opinion will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dom.

Do you even know if the engine has low compression? Should have checked that before starting this thread.

Seriously ? why can't people get the FSM and read it ?

60 psi at WHAT rpm ? for 100% accurate results, you need to know how far you live above sea level (or at sea level)

your location saids New York, assume u're in NYC, which is pretty close to the sea level, so I need to know what rpm u did ur "test" on to tell if u pass or failed.

But for the record, 85 psi @ 250 rpm is considered normal/typical/ok/pass, and your engine has to be "warmed up/hot" b4 you do the compression test.
