Low compression
Low compression
I've resently put a newly rebuilt engine into my car and couldn't get it to start so i've taken it down to the dealership and they replaced one of the sensors and got it to run for about 15-20 secs and couldn't get it to start again. So they started to diag it again an now they say they found that the rear rotor is pulling a 3 on there tester and a 4 is min and 7 is recomended. Does any one know why i'm getting low compression besidesit bieng an apex issue or a worn rotor.

Well, when you use used housings, and dont grind (lapping, but better) the irons, you get low compression at first, and it slowly builds up as te engine gets broken in. Don't use synthetic oil in a rotary right after a rebuild, it will be too slippery to allow parts to fully break in and seat. If it's not running, do you have spark and fuel? Maybe the fuel is not getting to it, or it could have flooded? Not much I can tell you myself, wait till someone with more knowlege sees this.
