Low Boost...?

I am have real low boost lucky to see 5psi on AutoMeter gauge. I think I may have a small exhaust leak by the exhaust manifold. Could this be the problem? If anyone has had low boost problems please tell me your solutions to your problems so I can do some trouble shooting. I have already looked everything over and over. The only thing I can think is that I have a small exhaust leak by the exhuast manifold. I also have a RB full exhaust system. So I do not know what the problem is. Thank You for looking at my thread and thanks for any help you can give.

Make sure all the bolts are tight on the manifold.

My boost problem was caused by a stuck twin scroll actuator.
