Lots of fuses missing

Hi! As many of you know by now, I got a 1988 USDM RX7 Cab with S5 engine.

In the fuse box in the car, it is loads of fuses missing. I have some stuff missing, like the light in the roof. Might this be connected to it? The room fuse is still there tho.

Also, connecting relays to the power windows, is this hard? And, if you got a relay that you know works okay, can you post a link, so I know what to look for? I am not too familiar with anything but PCs and 230V AC.

I don't have the fuse block cover on me right now, but here's the diagram.

And here's the relay mod you want:

The Room fuse powers the interior spot lights as already stated.
