I just did the auto to manual swap in a 91 NA and now the cruise control is gone. Anybody else done this swap and hit this problem. Pretty damn sure I reconnected everything. Only loose wires now are the ones from the ECAT. This is my daily driver and cruise is the only thing that can make me do close to the speed limit. My speeding ticket savings account is down to 0 and I really need to fix it.

 

check vacuum line?

 

I second that..
check the vaccume lines and the electrical connections

 

When I lost my cruise I found it was just a vacuum line.
