loose windows?

loose windows?
my drivers and passengers side windows are loose as hell, meaning that if they arent all the way up or doen they wobble around and crap, im wondering if theres a way to tighten them or what else could i do? suggestions?

DSMers are famous for this problem
u have to remove the interior door panels
the windows ride on a "rail" that kind of pinches the glass lightly to hold it in it's place...
the rails kind of "relax" their hold over time...
u just have to take everything apart... pinch the "fingers" tighter again.. and put it all back together again..
