Loose/Rattling Exhaust Sleeve Question

Is there anyway trick way or whatever to secure a rattling exhaust sleeve without tearing down the motor? Why do they get loose in the first place? It's getting ridiculous, I can hear it all the time.

No.
There are roll pins on the side of the housing, and you can't access them without getting access to the side of the rotor housings. This basically means you need to get the motor apart.

What do you mean by the sleeve... the insert in the p-housing exhaust port?

Is it possible this rattling is heat shield related? The shields rust easily. On the na's there's a metal box that encloses the exhaust manifold, it's held together by screws. If one comes loose you're going to get a loud rattle.

I had my shielding come off where the cat meets the y-pipe it made a lot of noise clanging around. Just got it tack welded, took about 5 minutes, problem solved.
