looking for info befor i buy a parts car!

Hey guys, Its me agin! I just found a 90 GTU with everything but the engine, the body is great, inside is great everything is great BUT no engine. i want to swap out the interior, transmission, rearend, axles and so on to my car. Will a s5 trans/rear end fint in a s4? and is the transmission in a GTU a turbo or a N/A trans. i know it has LSD. and will the inside swap into my s4(with minor modification) thanks guys!!

The 90 GTU did not have an LSD stock. So double check that. The trans (which is an n/a) and diff will swap without a problem assuming their stock. I believe most, if not all, things in the interior will swap over. But do some research first.

I just finished reading a verry old thread by Icemark(R.I.P). Come to find out the 88/89 GTU is the who-ha N/A-Turbo hybrid....The 90 GTU is the base. meaning my 86 sport is better equipped..Thank you for your help

Just the 88 GTU is the n/a performance version for S4. And the 89/90 GTUs was the n/a performance version for S5.
