You can't just slap a turbo charger on a non turbo rotary engine. Its a bit more complicated than that. The easiest and most cost efficient thing would be to swap the engine for a turbo rotary engine. There are significant differences in the intake assembly and compression ratio between the two motors. And thats just the beginning of converting a N/A to a turbo......
