Looking to buy an FC

Ok, so I'm looking to buy an FC after selling my FB. And because I don't feel like searching 5 hours for someones opinion, I figured I would just ask. Now the main questions are:

What would be the easiest most cost effective method for myself, I'm looking at getting 350-400hp turbo'ed. should i buy a turbo 2 or just get an N/A FC, because while I am doing this mod I also have to drive the car, so should I build a spare motor +tranny and just drop all the parts in at once?

What kind of problems will I be running into with an FC? Not general rotary problems, just with this specific generation.

any opinions, statements, questions will be entertained, protective orders will not be enforced. I love kittens.

Always buy a TII if your long-term goal is a turbocharged engine. The NA to TII conversion isn't worth the trouble or money. Yes, it is a good idea to build a spare TII engine while you drive your TII.

I already read the FAQ, I'm not that much of a dick. This is more for an opinion thread than anything.
