Looking To Buy

Hey, I don't have an RX7 yet, But I'm looking to buy a 1989 Mazda RX-7 Convertible.

I was just looking for any information.

You'll have a blast. The '89-91 are the best in my opinion.

Just know this. The seats and the Top are going to be dried up. The leather will crack and the top will rip, so keep that in mind while your purchasing one. Unless you find one that has had these things replaced:
Top
Seats
Paint (if it is white)

If the car is anywhere near 100K in mileage, look at the following
Engine rebuilt
New U-joints
New Water pump
New Catylitic Convertor



If those things aren't replaces as of yet then you need to understand that it is a $500 car. Yes the KBB says $6500 but that is in Excellent shape.
