Looking for Batt Drain, Anyone with stock radio

If I pull the room fuse (im pretty sure the short is in that circut) The door speakers put out sound, but the front and rears don't work at all?? From what I see in the service manual this fuse has NOTHING to do with the radio. Its a T2 w CD/Tape. If anyone can pull the room fuse just to see what effect it has on the radio? Finding the battery drain is driving me crazy enough, this other wacky **** just tops it off... Im ready to put a main on/off switch in the car...

That room fuse also provides memory back up to the radio as well as a dozen other devices.

Without it the radio will not function correctly (and the cruise, and the clock, and the dome lights, and the power steering, and the aas, etc).

That fig 4 might help, but its very fuzzy, even when printed. Any way for a clearer pic like the first one? Where is that from, looks alot simpler then the Mazda manual.

THANKS!

yeah I run into the size limit on the forum if I make the bigger ones too detailed.

if you have a fax # I can fax it too you as a much more detailed picture.

I can't say where they are from without infringing on copyrights. Lets just say I found a CD that has a lot of cars on it.
