Who makes that exhaust? It it tuned for an NA or TII?

The mufflers look pretty good - their not huge @$$ cans like most.

Rotary Man you will love the way they look in the car. I installed the new cat back (just like yours) last week in my GTUs and it looks awesome. Fit quality was most excellent!!!

(With raised hand) OOOOHHH! Pick Me!!!

So, I have a couple questions about that system. I'm trying to decide what system will net me the most HP on my 88 SE (yeah, we have the same car ). Anyway,

Is that a true dual system? If not, is it 2-1-2 or what?

Where did you order it from? (I understand it's Racing Beat, but did you order the components separately or in a system package)

What are you doing about the ports: wired, removed, airpump, nothing, or electric?

Thanks, man. Hope it looks as good on the car as it does in your room. Also hope the car looks better than your room (couldn't be hard).

Later.

those cans look JUST like my HKS 60MM on my turbo II.
but yours is crome.

if thats RB, they copied the HKS mufflers that they stopped making.

nice though.

well everyone has that style, not necessarily copied from hks. knightsports, rp, greddy, mazdaspeed all the same style. actually rs*r in japan made the first set of em. dont know who makes em now.

I will answer a couple of these Qs for you. The system is not a true dual, it is in fact a 2-1-2 system. The two header pipes collect and attatch to the single presilencer, then the y-pipe splits of to the two mufflers. As far as making the most HP the system that is the hands down winner is the true dual racing system from www.mazdatrix.com, they dyno tested a 28% increase in rear wheel HP with that system on a stock car (Wow!).

The Racing Beat system will allow for stock operation of the auxilliary ports. So will the Mazdatrix system.
