The logicon functions properly, but does not light up when i turn on my parking lights. Some of the buttons light up when pushed in but some do not. It's just the lighting and nothing else. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Bulbs burnt out internally and it probably needs re-soldering for cold solder joints
