Question Load Problems, help would be appreciated

ok, here goes. I got a 91 vert n/a with no mods. The problem is the car cannot handle any electrical loads, causing the idle to search. The A/C, brakes, Pwr Steering, windows, lights and even turning the vents on with no A/C. Cold start the idle is around 1100 and when warm idle sits around 700-800. My first thought was the Alternater, but turns out it is good. After some reading on the forums, i pulled my BAC valve and cleaned it and check the resistance, 12.3 ohms, i havent applied 12v to it yet, but i will soon. Ok, now if I find my BAC to be good, what else should i look at? I have played with the Idle some, mostly just adjusting the air flow screw on top of the dyn chamber. The idle doesn't search as much with the Idle high and load applied but it is still noticable. Also, when im driving and getting ready to come to a stop i engage the clutch and my rpm's drop to 100 and searches its way back to 800. I tried adjusting the throttle stop screw but it only helped it when i have the idle set high. Not sure if the 2 problems are related but thought i would throw that out there too. The A/C is the only load that will stall the car, the brakes and pwr steering cause the drop in idle. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i know alot of idle threads are out there and people are tired of seein em, but none of them have helped me. thanks
