A little rust problem

Hey I have a problem in the back of my RX... A little around the keyhole for the back.

Problem is it's a little rusty. It's also a little bumpy, meaning it dented but not just 1 big dent, looks like someone threw bunch of rocks at that spot so it's a series of tiny bumps.

Can anyone help me on how to fix this?

EDIT: Notice how the keyhole is a little to the right. And yea... The bump is really unpredictable.

I have that whole section. Let me know the length of it that you want (IE. 8 inches to the right of the key hole) and I'll cut it it out. PM me so we can work this out and discuss a price.
