little by little

so the other day i was feeling bored and it hit me.... why don't i start rippin apart the engine from my car? so i called up one of my friends who rocks a vdub gulf. we just started ripping **** out.... it really only comes out one way, from front to back. didn't run into any real problems, all the radiator bolts snapped but that was it. we stopped after we got the water pump off.... i'm going to try to strip down the engine as much as i can before hoisting it out. I know i would prefer taking it all out at once and then putting it on a stand to work off of, but i don't have much of a place to do that. anyways, just thought i'd keep you guys posted on what's up with the rx7. i ended up getting a 96 cadillac sedan deville from my dad (thanks pops) for a comuter, so i can finally start getting some life back into my precious car... so hopefully little by little this project will turn into a success for me, wish me luck!

I bought a few rotary rebuild videos and it has been a big help so far. Buy those clear plastic boxes to keep stuff organized. Goodluck.

Also using a camera might help you remember things

Good luck and like Lupin said catalogue everything as it is easy to misplace and forget where items go.
