A little help with spacer sizes...

I have a new set of wheels coming, and the offsets are a little high, so I will need spacers. I'm not asking whether spacers are good or bad...I intend to buy good hubcentric ones. The wheels are 17x7 with a +42 offset. Of course these will sit 2mm in closer than stock. I want to push them out past the stock location to fill the wheel wells completely. The car is also being lowered 1" with RB springs in case that matters. So what size spacers will I need, and where can I get them?
