Little help please

Car flooded last night, was able to unflood it first try pulling the fuse. Im still breaking the engine in, so im shifting no later than 4k (and thats rare). On my way to wal mart last night i was going up a big hill in 3rd, i was going to shift into 4th at the top of the hill and i went past 4k by a hair (literally 4100) and the car bogged out. Once i got to wal mart is when the car flooded, upon returning from buying groceries...maybe 20 minutes later.

Could both of these (flooding and bogging) be caused by bad secondary injectors? It would make sense if that was the case. Perhaps a stuck injector? any ideas?

The car has run like a dream aside from this and under 4k it has been wonderful, no hesitation what so ever. I have not really gotten to open up the secondaries due to the engine being so new.
