Today was my much anticipated court appearance for doing 55 in a 25. The verdict hindered beach time with my girlfriend and furthermore dictated the rest of my summer.

However, after waiting in a lobby for roughly one hour, the moment arrived, i walked in, looked around for the officer that had gobbled me up in that sappy residential area, and saw the grinning face of some shmuck attorney my father hired.

Judge: Well i might as well entertain your plea at this point
Me: Move to dismiss , bitch.

Just wanted to let the community in on me and my rx7's stroke of luck.

If the officer who writes the ticket doesn't appear in court to testify | verify it, it's automatically dismissed.

I'm horrified at the thought of seeing another "po po" flash his lights at me, that alone gives me the discipline to allow civics to take me at lights. Been going 2 under ever since.

 

Dont be afraid of the law, just be aware when you drive... normally you will see a police car up the road, and that alone should give you plenty of time to shift into 4th and engine brake.
