"List of Standard Parts"?

Since some of the nuts and bolts on my Rx-7 are stripping, I need to obtain replacements. Before I go about the process of taking them out and going to a local hardware shop, I wanted to see if I could bypass this step and just order them online. The engine part number list doesn't show the dimensions of the parts, but rather tells you to "refer to the wall (well?) chart, 'LIST OF STANDARD PARTS' ". Would this list show the proper specifications for replacements of the specific nuts and bolts I need or do I have no other choice but to travel to the hardware shop?

If you are referring to "Master List Of Thread Sizes for 2nd Gen Nuts and Bolts", then that thread doesn't answer my question. I am referring to the parts list from the official Mazda Parts Catalog in which it mentions the "List of Standard Parts". See picture below.
