linkage for aux ports... not a repost (leverage question)

ok guys i wonder if any of you have had this problem or know of a fix for it.... i am working on rx7babygurl85's car and doing lots of work to it... the 5th and 6t ports were carboned so shut i had a hell of a time getting them out of the block. then the acuator was so stuck it took 2 days of soaking in castrol superclean and lots of cussing to get it unstuck... then the rods in the LIM were hard to turn but castrol soaking fixed that prob too.... so now everything moves like butter when i hold it in my hand and move the parts...... now i get the LIM back on the car and put on the acuators..... i blow into a vac hose i hooked up to it to test how well the rods will turn... one moves with simple ease (slightly blowing into the vac line)

however the other one does not move so well, i swap the acutators with eachother and this still does not help, the one side still moves great so i know its not a faulty acuator. i then do some playing around with the rod prodruding from the manifold and i find out that its sticking due to the leverage which makes it harder to turn using the acuator... if that make sense... look at my drawing below and maybe i can explain it better.... when you push on the horizontal rod the acuator arm slides over the rod moves very stubbornly and jerky... howver when you push on the vertical piece that the horizontal rod is attatched too it moves like butter (due to the fact that the pressure is directed better to the rod to move it easier) how the hell can i get around this problem... greasing and wd40 doesnt help at all and i have to get these ports working right...... thanks in advance

btw i put a mirror down into the runner and yes the rod is attatched to the sleeve properly

Well first have you tried a pressure pump with the proper amount of pressure the actuators are supposed to have rather than just blowing into the hose? I know I can barely make 1psi with my lungs and the actuators need either 3 or 4 psi to move. Try blowing compressed air into the system to clear it out also if its an S4 since it isn't like the S5 which is direct to the actuators.

sorry i didnt specify its a s5... and its not that i dont have enough pressure to open it ... its that the pressure that should open it wont do it due to the leverage of the rod and its stubborness to turn unless pushing vertically on the triangular piece.... does that make sense at all? ...... its in the same manner of a a socket wrench verses a breaker bar
