-AN Lines and A/C

2 Questions:

1. How much would the estimated cost to build my own -10 AN Oil cooler lines? I'm hoping a lot cheaper than 130 for premade SS lines.

2. Can I still run A/C with the vac rack removed, i.e. do the ACV vac lines work with the vac rack removed??
