Hey yall, 91 stock na, after the car warms up, the check engine light comes on when you let off the gas. it will flicker at a red light or a stop sign. As soon as you hit the gas to take off, it will go off, let of the gas to shift, light on, back on the gas to accelerate, light off. The idle is a little low, but only by 50 or 100 rpm. The tps may use a little adjusting, or the idle needs bumped for the o2 to read. Any suggestions. Thanks

 

you might want to check if a code is being saved in your comp. its a good place to start.

 

sounds like it is probably one of the TSP sensors going out of range when your off the throttle. but you can check codes if u jumper this one pin connector that is next to the leading coil ( i dont remember what colour it is, so search for how to read ecu codes in s5 )

then the codes will flash in a morse code type of way with the check engine lite
