started up my car tonight to check everything out becuz its a project car and i turned on the lights and i thought every thing was going to be fine but then my right light came up and went straight back down so only the left was sticking up. turned the lights off and then the right suddenly came up and im wondering how whats wrong with it and how i could fix this
