Based on maintenance. Plenty of owners blow at 80k, plenty at 220k.

Do a compression test and all the other buying a car stuff as stated in the FAQ.

Good luck and have fun.

Well...I don't know about some B13...

But a 13B...it will last as long as the owner cares for it.

NA (non turbo) rotaries are generally pretty reliable even with less than stellar maintainence. Mine blew at 125,xxx miles, but I have seen osme upwards of 220,000 that run like a champ. One thing to keep in mind though, rotaries do not take overheating well at all. If the car has been overheated much at all, there is a good chance that the coolant seals are blown. If you do get the car, make sure you watch the temp gague closely while driving.
