Life is good, long live the Rotary
I've owned my 93 for about 8 years now, met my future wife who drove a 91 RX-7 that I now drive for the past 5 years, had a 1980 RX-7 for 2 year when we got married but sold it..that sucked, and I've just bought my friends red 89 TII Damn I love my life. His last dyno run was 231 rwhp and 250 ft/lbs. He bought it with a blown engine and replaced it and it has only 50K on the engine, but the turbos at 150K now, still turns fine but it just doesn't build boost as fast as I think it should. Now I just need a 4 car garage to keep them all in

When my wife and I were dating and we'd both be driving somewhere for whatever reason, I'd follow behind her in my car just so I can watch the 91 in action. I still think that the 2nd gen is still an attractive car and when compared to the cars that were built during the same time period, it was the best looking. Hell, look at how dated the 300z looked in the mid to late 80's. No where near the nice body lines of the 2nd gen. They all looked bulky and boxey, whereas the 2nd gen had a smoothness to its lines, but still a sleak muscular look.
