basically, I want to put one of these sliding windows in my drivers side, and replace my windows with lexan, seeing as how Im trying to get my car as light as possible, and how mine never work.

anyone know how to do it?

rivet them to the door, with a bead of silicone sealant? I don't know, but that's probably how I'd do it.

you know how they sell those emergency hammer to get out of your car? Yeah, that would work, along with both of ur legs pushing as hard as they could... heck shooting the window wouldnt let you out of your car very easily.....

it is a safety hazard to have practically unbreakable stuff in a likely to need to be broken situation.

Heating the windows to be able to bend them to fit stock positions would be a major pain.

BTW, i dreamed of this for car security purposes.

yeah, the car is not a daily driver, I hardly ever even get it out on the road. I am trying to get the car as light as possible, plus, my windows dont even work well at all.

I am trying to figure out if anybody knows where I can find a sliding widow like the one below, just a little bit bigger
