Lexan Hatch?

Does anybody know where to get one? Has anyone ever attempted to fabricate one with a lexan sheet and heat supply, or any other method? I just replaced my hatch and damn that thing is heavy?

I know you can buy them. mazda comp maybe?? but not usefull for street use.... can't de fog, scatch easy, fades yellow if you leave them in the sun.
