that all depends on the spring rates the coil overs come with. which you can order them with a specific rate.

from the companies you listed they are all offer quality construction. some will have more or less levels of damping adjustment than others.

i've driven a S13 240 with stance, an FC with HKS, another S13 240 with tein, and an S14 240 with silky road.

from my experience, I absolutely love Silky Road. they give you the feeling that you only have progressive springs when driving around town(stiffer than stock but still very comfy, like a lexus), but once you actually do a spirited drive of take it to an autoX, or drift they work like nobody business.....Silk Road is by far the best streetable and most comfortable coil-over set i've driven on.
like most coil-overs out now they have independent ride height adjustability so you wont sacrifice suspension travel. in which case you can raise the car higher than stock or as low as the wheel/tire allows before hitting the fender

Silk Road FTW!!!!

BTW, real suspension? theres no such phrase or word. a REAL suspension setup will consist of massive levels of adjustment from stock such as tie-rods, camber plates, adjustable control arms, adjustable sway bars, external shock reservoirs with near limitless adjustability(you can actually feel the difference in damping force with smaller adjustments). and a few other tidbits....

from what im gettting from you is build quality in which case in not any particular order:
HKS
Tein
Stance
Silk Road

there are a few more but im tired

so my opinion is Silk Road, if you can afford it
