The search function Is pooched and limited. I'd like to get some Ideas on how to mount my universal Greddy Type-S BOV.

This isn't really helping Silverrotor's Quest for Pics!!!

But here goes. My mods are here .

Car is making 308RWHP and 265 lb-ft, on a really safe tune.

Should be at 400RWHP@15psi once properly tuned...

trust racing BOV. would get more pics, but its not totally installed yet. (you can probably see the stock BOV laying back there)

do you have a FMIC or stock??

with FMIC weld it on... it should come with a flange.

if you are stock IC. then you should have bought the kit. and good luck.

For now, I'll have a TMIC. Come Winter/Spring time, I will have a FMIC. For now, there are to many variables for my conversion. ie. s4na>s5TII, Rebuild Street Port and the use of a standalone EMS.

Scott, you know of my recent mishap on ebay. I've since opted to buy brand new with an aluminum flange.

if you are stock IC. then you should have bought the kit. and good luck.
I bought the Universal one. I figure I could fab up the pipe that Is normally Included In the Kit due to the short term of the TMIC. Plus, I will not have an ACV. So, I would have had too weld the pipe that leads to the ACV shut.

It's easy without the kit. Find the right size pipe to use as the flange. Take that and the stock midpipe (in between turbo and intercooler) to a local exhuast shop. Get them to weld the flange to a pipe equal length and diameter to the stock one, get them to add the vacuum nipple for the wastegate actuator, and a nipple if youi still have ACV and your done. It's really easy and should not cost more than $20.
