thats ok. im glad you havent had any problems, but for my application and temps it doesnt work and thats what i was passing on. maybe i should have been a little more descriptive in as to why im not a fan of them. aside from seeing one and it looking like it was made in the dark in a shed

I've personally replaced 6 of their manifolds, most of them I had the welding near the flange either cracked or leaked and eventually got worse over time. Two or so were warped on the flanges.

As for their turbos, I've had about 4 deaths. Most ended up with way too much shaft play and blowing oil, had one compressor wheel come right off too. All in all, I'm not all too much a fan of their stuff. I do hear that they're using thicker flanges now though?

I have not touched their turbos...

The flanges are still thinner then I would like, but we haven't had any problems with cracked welds.

For an inexpensive manifold, they're alright.

believe it or not... that is the elcheapo ssautochrome manifold
the flange is as thick as it looks
the buidl quality is pretty good. the flange part that bolts to the turbo and the tube seems to be welded pretty good and tight. the part that the tube goes to the flange on the engien side have some penetration, but i wish they welded it more.

it looks like a good stock replacement....

it wont be as sturdy as the stock manifold - but i dont think it will break...

you could ask me anytime for long term results...

is the Runners the same length on the SS unit?

it appears the left runner is shorter then the right... (or maybe it's just the angle)
