Has anyone heard of this. My meckanic whos not my meck anymore says that my car has a lean misfire. I hear the exahust go pop pop pop worse when cold. He says its because of the idle control valves in the manifold. I guess thiers three tabs colored or something. Does anyone know. He quoted almost 500 to fix.
